Cleaning Pros: How Booking Through Orlando Sanitizing Will Work

If you run a cleaning business in the Orlando area — solo or with a crew — here's exactly how getting jobs through Orlando Sanitizing will work.

The model

A two-sided marketplace. Customers will find a cleaning pro; pros get matched with jobs in their service area. The platform will handle discovery, booking, and payment — you handle the cleaning.

The money, precisely

The customer will pay a 3.9% finder fee on top of your price — the entire markup they see. You'll pay a 3.9% referral fee on each job. Card processing (Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30) is deducted from your payout, never added to the customer's total.

On a $150 job: the customer pays $155.85. You receive $139.33. The platform keeps $11.70.

You keep about 93% of your price, and every number will be visible before anyone books.

Who can join

You need to be a legitimate business — a registered sole proprietorship or equivalent. No unregistered operators, no exceptions.

How it'll work

1. Apply at orlandosanitizing.com/providers/signup — tell us about your business, service area, and what you clean.
2. Get verified — we confirm your registration and set up your profile.
3. Get matched — once we're live, jobs in your area come to you.
4. Get paid — payments will process through the platform after each job, minus the fees above. No invoicing, no chasing checks.

What we won't do

• We won't hide the fees — both sides will see them before booking.
• We won't invent your reviews — your profile will show real ratings from real jobs, starting from zero, honestly.
• We won't lock you in.
